The formulation of this method aims to strengthen the internal management of the parking lot, improve the comprehensive quality of managers, and strive to achieve institutionalized, procedural, standardized and scientific management. The measures should pay attention to standardizing the following contents: the purpose and task of the system; Parking lot management procedures; Regulations on handling charge cards, free cards and preferential cards; Bill, seal and card management; Small ticket management; Management of vehicle management service and work license; Management of facilities and equipment; Job responsibilities, job training and job operation procedures; Reward and punishment standards for vehicle administrators, performance assessment methods for parking lots, supervision and inspection rules and other relevant contents. In addition, considering the cost control and site requirements, those qualified to install the parking lot intelligent management system should be installed and enabled as far as possible, and the superior functions of the intelligent management system should be used to reduce the opportunities for man-made favoritism or supplement the management defects that are not in place due to the imperfect system. 2. Perform their duties and try their best to straighten out the management structure of the parking lot. To solve the practice of separate management of parking lot, it is suggested that one member of the company's leading group should be designated to be in charge of the parking lot, and a parking lot management specialist should be set up in the company's functional department, and a parking lot bill administrator should be set up in the financial department.
