Although the current mainstream is to use license plate recognition technology to automatically control the gate system at the entrance and exit, in some places, ground induction coils have to be installed at the entrance and exit and parking spaces, and vehicles can not quickly enter and exit the parking lot at the first time, which is largely due to problems in ground induction installation. Therefore, parking managers need to pay attention to several points when installing ground induction coils: 1 Coil crosstalk when two induction coils are close together, the magnetic fields of the two coils are superimposed and interfere with each other. In order to eliminate crosstalk between adjacent coils belonging to different inductors, the following measures can be taken: 1. Select different working frequencies. The closer the two coils are, the greater the difference in their operating frequency. 2. Change the number of turns of adjacent coils and increase the spacing. It must be ensured that the spacing between detection coils is greater than about 1m; 3. The lead out of the coil shall be well shielded, and the shielded wire must be grounded at the detector end. Multi strand copper conductors are preferred for coil cables and joints. It is better not to have a connection between the cable and the connector.

If terminals are necessary, ensure reliable connection, weld them with soldering iron and place them in a waterproof place. II. Under ideal conditions (without considering the influence of all environmental factors), the embedding of inductance coil only considers the size (or perimeter) and number of turns, and the material of conductor can not be considered. However, in practical engineering, the mechanical strength and high temperature and anti-aging problems of wire conductors must be taken into account. Since the conductor is aging or the tensile strength is not enough to lead the conductor to be damaged, the detector will not work properly. In the actual project, it is recommended to use teflon above 1.0mm.

In some places with harsh environment, the problem of acid-base corrosion resistance must also be considered. The two long sides are perpendicular to the moving direction of the metal object, and the coil width is recommended to be more than 1m. The length of the long side depends on the width of the road, and the two ends are usually 0.3m to 1m narrower than the road spacing. 2. Tilt 45° When it is necessary to detect bicycles or motorcycles in some cases, the inclination between the coil and the driving direction can be considered 45° Installation. The length of the inclined side shall be determined according to the actual project. At least 1m shall be ensured.

It is recommended that all coil shapes be inclined 45 & deg;. It is better to communicate with the manufacturer before construction. 3. After winding the coil cable, the outgoing cable must be made into tight twisted pair, and it is required to be twisted for 20 times at least 1 meter. Otherwise, the output lead without twisted pair will introduce dry closing, which will make the coil inductance unstable. Generally, the length of output lead shall not exceed 5m. Since the sensitivity of the detection coil decreases with the increase of the lead length, the length of the lead cable should be as short as possible. Vi. embedding method for coil embedding, first use a road cutter to cut a groove on the road surface. Chamfer the four corners 45 degrees to prevent sharp corners from damaging the coil cable.

The groove width is generally 4 to 8 mm and the depth is 30 to 50 mm. At the same time, cut a slot for the coil lead to the roadside. However, it should be noted that the groove must be clean and free of water or other liquid infiltration. When winding the coil, the coil must be straightened, but not too tight and close to the groove bottom. After winding the coil, lead out the twisted output lead through the outgoing slot.During the winding process of the coil, the inductance value of the inductance coil shall be actually tested by the inductance tester, and the inductance value of the coil shall be between 100uh300uh. Otherwise, the number of turns of the coil shall be adjusted. After the coil is buried, in order to strengthen protection, a circle of nylon rope can be wound around the coil. The installation position must be away from the heat source, and the surrounding must be kept at least 10mm away from other devices (never install close to the box wall). Whether the detector can work well depends largely on the detection coil it is connected to. During installation, first cut 510mm wide and 3040mm deep concave grooves on the road surface with a road cutter. 45 DEG on four corners; Chamfer to prevent sharp corners from damaging the coil cable. At the same time, cut the same concave groove or other pipe (PVC pipe) wiring for the coil lead to the roadside. First connect the detector for trial operation. If it is normal, it can be sealed with cement mortar or asphalt.

When burying the cable, enough length shall be reserved to connect to the detector and ensure that there is no joint in the middle. After winding the coil cable, lead out the cable through the trunking. The output leads are in tight twisted pair form, with a minimum of 1 meter and 20 cycles. The maximum length of the lead shall not exceed 100 meters. Since the sensitivity of the detection coil decreases with the increase of the lead length, the length of the lead cable should be as short as possible.

After embedding the coil, seal it with cement or asphalt. VIII. Installation precautions 1. The connecting feeder between the coil and the detector must be twisted in pairs at least 20 times per meter. 2. The connecting feeder of the coil shall be as short as possible, the length of the connecting line shall be less than 10m, and shall be separated from the strong current. If it cannot be separated, shielding measures shall be taken. 3. When there are strong metals under the road, the inductance of the coil will be significantly reduced, resulting in the reduction of detection sensitivity. Therefore, the number of turns of the coil should be increased by 2 turns to compensate for the influence of strong metal body. 4. There should be no connector between coil and feeder. If the conditions do not permit, the contact shall be welded, and the contact must be waterproof, otherwise it will seriously affect the stability and reliability of the vehicle detector. 5. In places where long feeders are used, or when feeders are laid together with other wires, it is strongly recommended to use twisted shielded cables as feeders, and ground one end of the shielded wire connected to the detector.
