Ticket administrator of parking lot: appointed from the financial department and responsible for patrol inspection. On site management of parking lot: the service center under its jurisdiction appoints an assistant or above administrative leader to be responsible for the daily affairs of the parking lot, which cannot be managed by the leader of the order maintainer. The establishment of these positions forms a vertical parking lot management structure from top to bottom, so as to standardize the parking lot management and implement the management in place. 2. Audit management. A specially assigned person must be arranged every day to check the charge of the post collector on duty, such as the entry and exit records of the post computer, the situation of free vehicles, the use of parking tickets, whether the accounts are consistent, etc. at the same time, the shift handover and payment settlement records of each shift shall be made, and both parties shall sign each other for confirmation for future reference. The person in charge of the parking lot shall check the charges regularly or irregularly, at least once a week, and the finance department also needs to carry out irregular supervision and random inspection to do a good job of inspection and avoid capital loss.
