There are many factors that should be paid attention to in the ground induction coil in the parking lot system: the selection of coil material, the installation shape of coil, the number of coil turns, the length of output lead, embedding method and installation method, etc. If we buy the parking lot system and the manufacturer installs it for us, these may be issues we rarely care about. However, if we install the parking lot system ourselves, we need to pay special attention to the selection of ground induction line. The following issues need to be paid attention to in the installation of ground induction coil are briefly introduced here. Firstly, the concave groove of the ground induction coil is cut, the width is about 5-10mm, the depth is 30-40mm, and it is cut into 45 DEG at four corners; Chamfer to prevent the sharp corner from damaging the ground induction coil. At the same time, cut the same concave groove or other pipeline wiring for the coil lead to the roadside. First connect the detector for trial operation. If it is normal, it can be sealed with cement mortar or asphalt. Secondly, in addition to the matters needing attention in ordinary wiring, it should also be noted that when there are strong metals under the road, the inductance of the coil will be significantly reduced, resulting in the reduction of detection sensitivity. Therefore, the number of turns of the coil should be increased by 2 turns than usual to compensate for the impact of strong metals. In addition, it is better not to have a connector between the coil and the feeder. If conditions do not permit, the contact shall be welded and waterproof treatment must be done, otherwise it will seriously affect the stability and reliability of the vehicle detector. It is strongly recommended to use twisted shielded cable as the feeder where long feeder is used or when the feeder is laid together with other wires, And ground one end of the shielding wire connected to the detector. As a supporting equipment in the parking lot management system, the ground induction coil works 24 hours a day like the road gate, and its stability directly affects the operation of the parking lot.
