The system is mainly used for the two-way passage where vehicles cannot meet in the middle. The system consists of two traffic light controllers pgs-330 and two groups of signal lights.

The specific use process is as follows: 1. When there is no vehicle in the channel, the green lights at both ends are on; When a car enters at one end, the red light is on at the other end; When the number of vehicles in the channel is greater than or equal to the set number, the red light will be on in both directions until there are no vehicles in the channel, and the green lights will be on at both ends. 2. Automatic error correction function: when the coil count is wrong, the system will automatically return to the green state at both ends after a certain time (red light travel time). 3. Make real-time statistics of the vacant parking spaces in the parking lot, and connect the vacant parking space guidance screen. If problems occur during debugging or use, eliminate them in the following ways: phenomenon 1. The state light flashes all the time (normally once every 3 seconds). 1. Check whether the CAN bus is correctly connected; 2. Check whether the address of the controller is the same; 3. Whether canl and res of can interface of unit 1 are short circuited; 4. Whether shielded wire is adopted for CAN bus. Phenomenon 2. When a vehicle enters the channel, both sides turn red. Check whether the No. 1 controller sets the maximum number of vehicles in the channel to 1. In this case, as long as you enter a vehicle, the red light will be on at both ports a and B. It is necessary to change this parameter and set the number according to the length of the channel. Phenomenon 3. When a vehicle enters entrance a, entrance a turns red and entrance B turns green.

Check whether the traffic light wiring is reversed. Phenomenon 4. When there is no vehicle passing at both entrances, there is a red light. It is a coil construction problem. Please refer to the coil construction specification. Phenomenon 5. The red light is on when the car enters, but it is still on when it goes out. 1. Check the ground sensing sequence on the controller, which is correct as a-b - B-A; 2. Check whether each ground feeling is normal. The car lights up when it comes and goes out when it goes; 3. Check whether canh and res are short circuited.

Phenomenon 6. The red and green indicator lights are on and off at the same time. 1. Check whether the power supply of the detector is 9-12v (the impedance of the line shall be considered when calculating the power of the detector and indicator light); 2. Whether the wiring of traffic lights is correct. Phenomenon 7. The traffic light system does not work normally, and the red light is not on both sides when passing the vehicle. 1. Check whether the red light is broken; 2. Whether the two controllers are connected, and the No. 2 controller shall be short circuited to can-l and res. The controller number shall be set to 1 and 2 respectively. Phenomenon 8. I can't connect. There are two controllers. I don't know how to connect. 1. Relay a controls traffic lights (normally open is connected to green light and normally closed is connected to red light); 2. Short circuit canl and res in No. 2 controller, and connect other wires normally.
