The management of temporary vehicles is the focus of parking lot system construction, which is reflected in three aspects: parking cost management, safety guarantee and system ease of use. The management of temporary vehicles is a problem that every parking lot should consider. What management method should we adopt, which can not only facilitate the charge management, but also ensure the safety of vehicle parking? At present, the common way in the market is to install automatic card (ticket) box at the entrance of the parking lot, set up a charging system at the exit, and arrange toll collectors to charge. The process is to press the key to get the card (ticket) when the vehicle enters the site, and hand over the card or ticket to the toll collector and pay the fee when the vehicle leaves the site. This management method uses more cards such as ID and IC cards, which is suitable for office buildings, apartment communities and other places with less temporary vehicles. Personnel can be arranged at the exit to recycle the cards. If there are many temporary vehicles, such as comprehensive shopping malls, stations, exhibitions and other temporary vehicle places, it is recommended to use paper tickets instead of cards, because the capacity of paper ticket box is large, which can meet the ticket collection demand of large traffic flow. If cards are used, because the capacity of ticket box is small, ticket boxes need to be changed frequently, resulting in inconvenience. If there are few temporary vehicles, such as units, apartments and other places, the entrance can use manual card issuing instead of installing automatic card issuing machine, which can save the configuration of automatic card issuing machine. For some parking lots with few temporary vehicles, this is more cost-effective. The specific process is: issue cards to temporary vehicles at the entrance, and the system records the entry time of the vehicle. A management post is set at one side of the exit lane, in which a cash register and a price display are set to be responsible for charging the temporary vehicle inspection card and collecting and releasing. After the car passes by the exit card reader or swipes the card, the system calculates the payable fee according to the entry time and current time of the car, and the cashier will release it after charging.
