Yes, it is caused by uneven pavement. The spot were the water puddles is lower then the rest of the driveway. Or there is some type of a barrier that prevents the water from being able to flow out of that area

You are really delusional for one who lives in Michigan. People who drive foreign cars are in essence making the state of Michigan a ghost town. You really needed to elaborate more on this supposed incident. Where did it take place? How many cars were involved? Is there an American auto plant near by that has lost a ton of workers and is in danger of closing or has closed? People take it personally when it means supporting their families. Keying a car, while breaking the law, seems far less a "crime" then buying a foreign car in the first place. Buy American!
