Active RFID has sprung up in this field, which belongs to long-distance automatic identification. The main operating frequencies of the products are UHF 433MHz, microwave 2.45GHz and 5.8gmhz.

3 Work flow principle of parking lot RFID system

The working principle of the system entrance process is: when the vehicle enters the working area of the reader / writer, the system automatically receives the information transmitted by the electronic tag (RFID) on the vehicle and transmits the information to the computer at the entrance. The computer checks the effectiveness of the tag number and controls the camera to capture the vehicle image. After judgment, it is processed according to the following procedures. (1) If the electronic tag is valid (i.e. the user is legal), control the gate to lift, and the vehicle can enter the parking lot without stopping; (2) If the electronic label is invalid (i.e. expired, unregistered or insufficient), the system will give a visual and audible alarm, and the LED prompt board will give one of the following prompts according to the error reason, that is, "the monthly label has expired, please renew", "the user does not exist, please re-enter the ID" or "insufficient balance, please recharge", and the control gate will not lift. At this time, security personnel or drivers can contact the management center through the internal communication system, and they will be handled in time. After the gate is lifted, the central control system automatically saves the information of vehicles in the yard (mobilization time, tag number, etc.). When the vehicle passes through the gate, the system will start the anti smashing device to prevent smashing. After the vehicle passes through the gate, the system will automatically close the gate.

4 Application of RFID technology in intelligent parking lot

The traditional parking lot management system focuses on the billing and charging management functions, focusing on the access time of each vehicle to facilitate charging, but less on the safety, operation efficiency and humanized requirements for customers. In view of the current situation, someone proposed an intelligent parking lot management system to realize automatic vehicle identification and information management, improve vehicle traffic efficiency and safety, and count vehicle access data to facilitate the scheduling of managers, so as to reduce the labor intensity of managers and improve work efficiency.

RFID system has incomparable advantages over other identification systems. In addition, the anti fouling and anti-wear performance of data carrier in RFID system is very good, which is conducive to improve the reuse rate of carrier, increase its service life and reduce the use cost. The rapid development of RFID technology is of great significance to the progress in the field of Internet of things.
