A financial building is located in the downtown commercial area, with two floors of underground parking lot, with a total of 376 parking spaces. Due to the installation of vehicle guidance system during the construction of underground parking lot system, several problems have been encountered in the process of vehicle management. 1. Because it is located in a prosperous area with a large traffic flow, especially during rush hours, users need to queue in and out of the site, resulting in channel congestion. 2. Vehicles are not guided when entering the site. They often look for parking spaces aimlessly, which will not cause traffic congestion, but also noise and air pollution. 3. Users are very dissatisfied with queuing to enter the site every day and spending a lot of time looking for parking spaces, which affects the image of the building. 4. Property management arranges personnel to guide vehicles during peak hours, but it is inefficient and increases personnel costs. 5. The property management cannot know the vehicle vacancy status in real time, so it can only rely on manual calculation and statistical estimation, and the utilization rate of parking space is low. This is a common problem encountered by many building parking management. The solution is generally to configure a remote identification system to speed up vehicle access and a parking space guidance system to enable users to quickly find parking spaces. We won't introduce the remote identification system here. We will focus on the next parking space guidance system. In view of the above situation, how to design the parking space guidance scheme for the underground parking lot? Our scheme is as follows: 1. Install ultrasonic detector on each parking space to detect the vacancy of each parking space. 2. 2. An entrance information display screen is installed at each entrance, which is mainly used to display the vacancy and welcome information of the whole parking lot. 3. A layered display screen shall be installed at the entrance of each floor to display the remaining parking spaces of each floor. 4. An information display screen is designed at each intersection, which is equipped with free parking space display and direction arrow indication to facilitate the driver to drive to the area with free parking space. 5. Install LED display lights above each parking space. When a vehicle is parked, the LED display light is red (always on); When no vehicle is parked, the green light shall be on (always on). 6. Through reasonable planning, the smoothness of traffic flow in the yard is increased through the parking space guidance system, and XX parking spaces are added. This parking space guidance scheme can simply and quickly guide users to find parking positions, significantly improve parking efficiency and solve the problem of parking in buildings.
