With the maturity of face recognition technology, the application of high-definition and intelligent video monitoring system in the airport has become a testing ground. In the airport, especially the International Airport, the passenger flow is large and the personnel information is complex. As an important transportation hub, it also undertakes important security and defense responsibilities. The intelligent stream of people monitoring system detects the face information in the stream of people, which can not only identify the flow of people so that the airport can do a good job in dredging and guidance, but also automatically identify the age, gender, height and other information, compare and identify with the personnel information in the information database, and give an alarm in time once a dangerous person is found! The application of security face recognition technology to passenger security inspection has been implemented in at least 17 domestic airports from 2014 to July 2017. Taking the intelligent passenger security check system of Beijing Capital Airport as an example, a machine is set up to check the ticket and ID card before the passenger manually checks and seals the ticket and ID card; After the certificate verification, the passenger will place the baggage in the extended section of the security baggage conveyor belt, which is equipped with a row of up and down grouping cameras. The passenger can put the baggage in the basket and look at the camera, and then push the conveyor belt on the baggage basket. This greatly saves the time for passengers to pass the security check and effectively improves the efficiency of peers. In addition to security check-in, face recognition system is also enabled for some airport registration, which is combined with the security check-in system. After passengers arrive at the boarding gate through security check, the face recognition gate used at the boarding gate will be matched with the faces in the system list as long as they face the camera. They can pass after matching successfully. In fact, face recognition is not only used in the airport, such as self-service luggage storage, information query, etc. face recognition is used to improve the security of identity confirmation.
