A: the first problem is caused by the lack of signal. This problem is caused by the dislocation of motor travel switch. At this time, it is necessary to open the shield of the main board of the gateway. There is a motor travel switch in the middle right of the main board. The motor for 6 seconds must be turned to the position of 6S (6 seconds). 3S for 3 seconds and 1s for 1 second. That is to match the configuration. Question 3: the gate rod is lifted in place. After staying for a few seconds, the gate rod will fall automatically. How can this be solved? A: at this time, it is caused by the failure of the automatic rod falling switch of the gate. Question 4: when using the remote control to control the gate, the gate motor does not respond, but the indicator light on the main board is normal. How to deal with this? A: there may be the following two reasons: 1. The motor is stuck; 2. There is a problem with the starting capacitor. The solution is as follows: open the upper cover of the gate and check whether the damping rubber pad is damaged. If the damage will cause the motor to get stuck, turn the shaft at the central position directly below the motor (with the help of external force or tools if necessary) to make the driving crank arm leave the stuck position. If the problem cannot be solved after step 1, the starting capacitor can be replaced to solve the problem. Question 5: the remote control can't control the gate, but the control by wire is normal. What's the reason? A: this may be because there is a problem with the remote control receiving circuit of the main board. The solution steps are as follows: make sure that the signal received by the main board is normal when the remote control is controlled. The indicator light is normal. In case of power failure or the need to normally open the gate, make the gate lift lever in place, rotate the gate clutch to the [off] position with the clutch handle, and it is recommended to cut off the power supply of the gate at the same time. 2. When the clutch is closed, the remote controller can be used to rotate the gate motor. The active crank arm and the connecting rod coincide or form a straight line. At this time, pull the brake rod down by hand and rotate the clutch to the [closed] position at the same time. Question 7: when the gate falls, it will automatically bounce back if it doesn't fall in place. What's the reason? A: This is caused by the unbalanced spring tension. The solution is as follows: when the spring tension is relatively balanced, make the gate clutch leave. At this time, the rod can be stable at any position within the range of 40 degrees and 60 degrees. At this time, it is the best state. If the spring is unbalanced and the spring tension is large, the falling rod will rebound automatically if it is not in place. At this time, rotate the spring adjustment knob to the left (directly below the spring shield) until the spring tension is balanced. Experience: the weather in the north is cold in winter, so the spring tension can be appropriately adjusted to keep the gate in normal use. Question 8: the USB card issuer can't read the card. What's the reason? A: This is because the USB card issuer automatically starts the computer USB power saving mode after it is not used for a long time. The solution is very simple.
