There is a specific crime of uttering threats. A recording could do wonders, especially if you record him saying he is going to drive it through your wall. And if he ever did drive through your wall, he would be arrested, and your home insurance company will sue him for every dime they spend repairing your home. Putting a claim on your home? That is laughable. As for the parking, it is true that the street is public parking. That means you can park there too. Next time you come home, if his car is not there, park yours there. He can do nothing about it. If you have any friends or family with a little-used car, perhaps they can bring it over, and park it there when you move your car to your driveway, and leave it there for a few days at a time. That is fighting fire with fire without getting into a physical confrontation. It seems you are in Canada. If he does, indeed, have an in with the police, there is always another police force, such as the RCMP, or OPP, depending where you live.

The other guy. They should have been looking. What if you were a person. In a parking lot someone could be walking any direction at any speed they can be diagnolly running. I dont understand how you can have a right of way in a direction where there is traffic but I also dont understand your position or destination fully

My friend, why drive into Manhattan and pay the huge fees to park in the city, when you can get around by public transit. It cheaper and the fastest way to get around. No chance. The hearing officer will not let you off and you will waste your time. No sign on the block is an excuse but stalling or break down is not. Those are $50 tickets in Chicago, $0 in Houston since they do not sweep the streets.

You expect a ticket to be in the computer in less than 24 hours. It usually takes 3-7 days. You can probably move on with your life, however many cities will boot or tow cars for unpaid parking tickets

it is ok as long as you do not drive with the parking brake on for any distance -- it will get hot, and will wear out your brakes quickly

If they have not ticketed you yet, they are bluffing. They know they could not prove squat. You would just appeal it explaining you are the disabled individual and you were driving the vehicle if you actually got a ticket. It would not likely be a big deal.
