It is necessary to ensure that the ground wire in AC220V socket in the system is truly grounded. 2 The networking mode of signal line parking lot can be divided into 485 communication, TCP / IP communication, RS422 communication, etc. the 485 networking line must adopt shielded twisted pair rvvsp2 * 0.5485 bus length, which can reach 1200 meters in theory, and it is recommended not to exceed 1000 meters. If it exceeds, please select 485hub or repeater to improve the communication environment. In order to ensure the stability of communication, connect the resistance at the end of the communication line, or connect all shielding layers, and the end can be suspended or connected to the earth according to the situation. 485 network must be bus structure, and all or partial star structure is not allowed. The TCP / IP networking line can select category 5 unshielded twisted pair, and the distance from the controller to the switch or hub should be less than 100m.
