Troubleshooting of Card Reader in Parking Lot System_ Taigewang Technology

This paper introduces the solutions to some faults of the card reader in the parking lot system. Of course, the equipment models we use are different, and these solutions may not be fully applicable. I just hope to provide some reference here. Fault 1: card swallowing occurs in the card exit machine at the entrance of the parking lot system, and costs are incurred. How can I solve it? This may be caused by the following reasons: 1. When an invalid (empty) card appears, the card will be recycled; 2. When the card has been sent to the card taking position and has not been taken away, the card is recycled after releasing the ground feeling; 3. When the card has been sent to the card collection position and the ground sensor is not released, the card is not removed after 15 seconds, and the card is recycled; 4. When the card is sent to the pre reading position of the card dispenser, but the reading head antenna cannot read the card (or the reading head fails), the card is recycled; 5. When the antenna of the card dispenser reads the non temporary card (i.e. fixed card, free card, VIP card, etc.), the card is taken back; 6. When the antenna of the card dispenser reads the temporary card in the field status (i.e. the card that has been swiped into the field), the card is withdrawn; 7. When the ticket box is powered on again and the card dispenser is initialized, the card at the pre read card position is retracted. The troubleshooting methods are as follows: 1. Regularly check the cards in the recycling bin and deal with them in time to prevent relevant expenses; 2. When the number of cards in the recycle bin is too large, it shall be handled uniformly by the charge supervisor. Fault 2: the card reader in the parking lot can't work normally. How to solve it? The causes of this failure are as follows: 1. When the recovery bin is full, the ground pressure is no longer stuck; 2. When the ground sensor at the entrance card reader cannot sense the vehicle, the card cannot be ejected. 3. The inserted card is deformed, resulting in the card being stuck to the card outlet when the card is out; 4. Foreign matters are stuck on the card, causing the card to be stuck to the card outlet when the card is out; 5. There is rain on the cards put in, and the cards are pasted to each other, so that the cards cannot be ejected; There are three processing methods: 1. Check whether the card in the recycling bin is full: if the card in the recycling bin is full, the card in the recycling bin shall be processed in time; 2. Simulate and detect whether the ground sensor at the entrance card reader is dead or damaged: A. place an iron plate in the ground sensor area to detect whether it prompts to swipe the card or press the key to swipe the card. If the prompt is normal, it indicates that the ground feeling is normal; b. If it cannot be prompted normally, it is necessary to plug and unplug the ground sensor processor again. During the plugging and unplugging process, pay attention to the plugging and unplugging of the corresponding gap. If the ground sensor processor still cannot be used normally after plugging and unplugging, it shall be reported to the engineering maintenance department for maintenance to detect and repair the ground sensor line. 3. If the above are normal, do the following: A. cut off the power supply of the card dispenser; b. The card shall be issued manually in the form of temporary card to avoid blocking of vehicles at the entrance; c. Find a way to take out the card at the card spitting place of the card spitting machine, and check whether it is deformed, whether there are foreign matters pasted or whether there are water marks: if the card is deformed, take back the card and prohibit its further use; If there is any foreign matter on the card, it shall be removed in time (no label is allowed on the card) and can be used again after export inspection; If the card has water marks, wipe the water marks and continue to be used after export inspection. d. Power on the card dispenser after processing; e. And check whether there are cards in the recycling bin to ensure that there are no cards in the recycling bin. f. Resume issuing cards in the form of automatic card withdrawal.
