Hospital parking lots generally have the following problems: few parking spaces, large flow, disorderly parking, Lane congestion, charging loopholes and so on. Here, we use a hospital parking lot reconstruction project to illustrate: how to reconstruct the hospital parking lot? Project background the hospital has more than 680 parking spaces and two entrances and exits. The main problems encountered are as follows: 1. The traffic flow is large, the phenomenon of random parking of vehicles is serious, and the lane congestion is required in the peak period, so it is necessary to queue in and out of the site. 2. 2. The parking guidance signs in the parking lot are incomplete, which can not effectively guide vehicles to park. Temporary vehicles need to circle to find parking spaces, which is time-consuming and laborious, and aggravates Lane congestion. 3. There are loopholes in charging. The hospital parking lot still adopts manual ticket tearing charging, which is chaotic and inefficient. In view of the above problems, our transformation scheme is as follows. 1 The import and export are transformed into one in one out configuration, the number of import and export is increased, and one of the import channels is set as a special lane for internal vehicles. 2 The traffic flow design has been re planned, the parking space guidance system has been configured, and the identification configuration has been improved, so that the vehicles can quickly find the parking position. 3 Equipped with license plate recognition system remote recognition system, temporary vehicles entering and leaving the hospital do not need to pick up cards. They enter the hospital with license plates, with pictures and records, so as to avoid arbitrary manual charges. Fixed users install RFID electronic tag cards on the vehicle for remote identification. They can enter and exit directly without parking, so as to improve the traffic speed of the vehicle.
