1. Sensor-activated wake-up: When a person approaches, the sensor automatically activates the system, and the screen lights up simultaneously, guiding the user to use facial or fingerprint verification.
2. Dual-mode recognition: Users can choose to face the camera for facial recognition or use a fingerprint scanner for verification; the system supports both methods individually or in combination.
3. Access verification: The control panel compares the collected biometric features with the authorized database in real time to confirm the legitimacy of the identity and access permissions.
4. Intelligent access: After successful verification, the gate opens immediately with a success notification; full infrared monitoring prevents tailgating and ensures safe passage for a single person.
5. Record reset: The system records each access event in detail, then closes the gate and returns to standby mode for the next use.

1. What unlocking methods does this access control machine support?

It supports three methods: card swiping (IC/ID card), fingerprint recognition, and password input. They can be used alone or in combination (such as fingerprint + password).

2. Is fingerprint recognition safe?

It uses live fingerprint recognition technology, which only recognizes real human fingerprints and cannot be copied by silicone film or photos. It has a high security level.

3. How many fingerprints, cards and passwords can be stored at most?

It supports up to 3,000 fingerprints, 3,000 IC/ID cards, and 3,000 sets of passwords.

4. Does it support temporary passwords?

Yes, administrators can generate one-time/limited-time passwords through the APP or device, which will automatically become invalid after expiration, suitable for visitors.

5. Can the access control machine be installed outdoors?

Yes, IP54 protection level, rainproof and dustproof, 0℃~50℃ wide operating temperature.

6. What if the fingerprint is worn or the card swipe fails?

You can set a backup unlocking method (such as password) or re-enter the fingerprint/card with administrator privileges.

7. What should I do if I forget the administrator password?

You need to use the hardware reset button to restore the factory settings (all data is cleared). It is recommended to back up the configuration regularly.

8. Does it support attendance function?

Optional attendance module, access control records automatically generate attendance reports, and support export to Excel.

9. Does the access control machine support voice prompts?

Yes, it will play prompts such as “Verification successful” and “Please try again” during operation, and the volume can be turned off or adjusted.
