Project Description:
To enhance the efficiency and user experience of vehicle management, a modern office building in the Philippines chose to implement the TGW Parking Guidance System. The project covers approximately 500 parking spaces, providing real-time monitoring, intelligent guidance, and efficient management functions to create a smoother and smarter parking environment for employees and visitors alike.
The goal of the project was to reduce the time spent searching for parking spaces, optimize vehicle circulation, and elevate the building’s overall management efficiency and corporate image.

TGW provided a complete parking guidance system solution integrating advanced ultrasonic sensors, LED indicators, and a central management platform. The system accurately detects the status of each parking space and guides drivers to available ones via dynamic display screens.
Additionally, the solution integrates access control and time detection modules, allowing the management team to monitor occupancy in real-time, generate reports, and ensure optimized use of every parking space. The interface and functions were also customized to meet local language and specific customer preferences.
