Project Description

This project was implemented for a modern shopping mall in Singapore aiming to enhance its parking and access management system. The mall required an efficient and user-friendly IC/ID card dispensing solution to manage both temporary visitors and long-term parking users.

Our solution provides a fully automated IC/ID card dispenser system, enabling smooth vehicle access, faster entry and exit, and a seamless parking experience for all users.

Project Requirements

The shopping mall’s management team had several operational needs:

  1. Automate parking access managementfor both short-term and regular visitors.
  2. Provide a quick and reliable card dispensing systemto reduce queuing and manual operations.
  3. Customizedifferent parking fee standards.
  4. Ensure accurate data recordingof vehicle entries and exits.
  5. Improve customer experiencethrough faster and more convenient parking access.

Solutions We Provide for Customers

To meet these requirements, we delivered a comprehensive IC/ID card dispenser system designed for high-traffic commercial environments:

  • Automated Card Dispenser Units:
    These card dispensersare installed at the entrance of the shopping mall’s parking lot. When a vehicle approaches, they issue IC/ID cards and open the gate. This eliminates the manual ticket selling process and speeds up vehicle passage.
  • Integrated Card Readers and Barriers:
    Upon exit, drivers insert their cards into the reader, and the system automatically verifies payment status before opening the barrier.
  • Centralized Management Software:
    The software records every card transaction, including entry and exit time, card type, and user category (temporary or member). Mall administrators can monitor real-time data and generate detailed reports.
  • System Compatibility:
    The dispenser system can be easily integrated with other parking equipment such as automatic payment kiosks, license plate recognition systems, or RFID access systems, ensuring flexibility for future expansion.
