  3. Vehicle exit: If you are regular user, you need to swipe your card.If you are temporary user, you need to scan the QR code on the ticket. and the camera capture the license plate image for secondary identification to ensure “one vehicle, one ticket”. After the system verifies that the fee has been paid, the gate will automatically open and the vehicle will exit.

This ticket box is extremely simplified in design. You just need to press the “Ticket Retrieval” button, and the device will spit out a QR code paper ticket. There is no need for screen operation.

2.What if the paper ticket doesn’t come out when retrieving the card?

Please wait for a moment. The device might be processing. If the problem persists, please press the ticket retrieval button again to try. If there is still no response, please use the “Help” intercom button or the call button on the ticket box to directly contact the parking lot administrator for handling.

3.Do I need to return the ticket to this ticket box when exiting?

No. When entering, you need to drive to the exit booth or the dedicated toll area, hand over the ticket you took during entry to the staff for payment, or scan the QR code on the ticket at the exit equipment.
