Parking guidance system – TGW03-E

TGW03-E is a parking space display screen designed specifically for parking lots. It uses three high-definition display screens to display the number of remaining parking spaces in each area of the parking lot in real time and synchronously. Drivers approaching from different directions can quickly obtain accurate parking space information, effectively shortening the time spent searching for parking spaces, improving traffic and parking efficiency, and optimizing the overall parking experience.

  1. Data Collection: Parking space detectors (such as geomagnetic sensors, cameras, or ultrasonic sensors) in each parking lot continuously monitor the occupancy status of each parking space.
  2. Data Processing: The central control system receives raw data from all detectors in real time, aggregates, de-noises, and performs calculations to accurately calculate the number of remaining parking spaces in each zone and overall.
  3. Information Transmission: The control system simultaneously transmits the processed data to three display screens in each direction via wired or wireless networks.
  4. Synchronous Display Update: Upon receiving the data, the screens immediately refresh their display content, displaying the latest available space information to drivers approaching from different directions in large, eye-catching numerals and text.
  5. Repeated Loop: The above process is executed continuously at a very high frequency to ensure the real-time and accurate information on the screens until the system is shut down.

Flow-Chart01

1.How does this three-sided display screen determine the number of parking spaces?

It is connected to a parking space detection system installed in the parking lot (such as geomagnetic sensors, cameras, or ultrasonic sensors). These sensors monitor each parking space in real time, aggregate the data to a central processor, and ultimately transmit the calculated results to the display screen.

2. How often does the data on the screen update?

The data is near real-time, with a typical delay of several seconds. The system continuously collects and updates data to ensure that the driver sees the most up-to-date information.

3. What if I see a parking space on the screen but can’t find it when I enter?

This situation could be caused by a variety of reasons, such as a vehicle moving and the space just being occupied, a brief delay in system detection, or a sensor malfunction. We recommend driving slowly and being aware of your surroundings. The management typically has a guide or customer service representative to handle such issues.

4. Is the display screen legible in bright sunlight?

Yes. This product uses a high-brightness LED display with a high-contrast design. It is optimized for the low light and strong reflections that can occur in parking lots, ensuring clear readability in all lighting conditions.

5. Will the display still work during a power outage or network failure?

No. Displays rely on electricity and data transmission. If there is a power outage or network interruption, the display will be unavailable or will display a fixed, pre-set message (such as “System Maintenance”). However, systems are typically equipped with a backup power supply or UPS to handle brief power fluctuations.

6. Is this display difficult to install? Does it require wiring?

We offer ceiling-mounted installation options with flexible layouts. Installation requires connecting power and data cables, but we provide clear installation instructions. For specific installation requirements, we recommend hiring a professional electrician or one of our partner installation teams.

7. Can the display distinguish between large and small parking spaces or display the status of charging station spaces?

Yes, but this depends on backend system support. As long as the parking space detection system and central control system can distinguish and provide this data, our display can be customized to display information such as “Small Car Parking Available” or “Charging Spaces Remaining.”

8. Is the display maintenance cost high?

No. The product design is rugged and durable, and highly reliable. Routine maintenance primarily involves keeping the screen surface clean and regularly checking the wiring connections. The LED light source has a long lifespan and requires no frequent replacement, resulting in low overall maintenance costs.

9. If one screen fails, will it affect the other two?

Generally not. The three screens are physically and circuitically integrated, yet also have a certain degree of module independence. A single-sided failure will not affect the normal display on the other two, but the specific situation requires diagnosis by a technician.

10. Can I customize the text or logo displayed on the screen?

Yes. The layout and information displayed can be customized to a certain extent, such as adding a parking lot logo or a specific message. Please discuss your specific needs with our sales team before purchasing.
