Project Background: The customer needs to record the car owner who comes to the car wash room. 

They want to record and manage the car with the license plate number as the unit, we need to automatically send the license plate of the car and the records of time of each car entry and exit. Project Scale: 7 site total 21 car wash entrances Project Equipment: Each site need 2 or 3pcs License plate recognition equipment and one upload software
